du Liban is another example of the unprofessional behavior and
the disrespect of photographers that are prevalent in many Lebanese
media (see also Al
Anwar, 04'07'2008).
Images are here reproduced
without
mention of their authors.
From up and left to down and right we have:
historical photographs from the Araman Collection, Mother and Daughter by Johanne
Issa, Under(the)line by
Gregory Buchakjian and Etchi Memeg
by Laure Deselys.
For mysterious reasons, the pictures are printed in a
blue shaded grayscale (while the magazine is supposedly in colors) and
cropped or distorted.
